It explores AI-driven transformation, how models, agents, and automation work, responsible technology governance, and the transition from experimentation to practical application. Through regional cases, participants will learn to align technology with organizational goals, lead digital initiatives, communicate ideas effectively, and apply a structured, people-centered approach to AI within their organizations immediately and confidently.

Currently serving as Head of HR at a leading utilities company and Chairman of the Supervisory Board of a public enterprise, he bridges strategy and execution across both corporate and public domains including past roles in government leadership. Nina Hansen is a Malta-based leadership development professional, facilitator, and ICF-certified coach with over 20 years of international experience. Through True Potentials and her consultancy, she designs practical programs that build emotional intelligence, communication, self-awareness, creative problem-solving, and generational collaboration, equipping organizations to develop confident leaders and strong, inclusive, future-ready multigenerational workplace teams.
Clayton Lasten is the founder of Kruiwa, a transformation advisory in Willemstad, and the entrepreneur behind seven companies in Curaçao, including Bario Hotel, the Kaya Kaya festival, and multiple real estate ventures. Clayton is an industrial engineer with an MBA from TIAS Business School and fifteen years in digital transformation in the Netherlands and the Caribbean, together with his business partners he runs these companies fully AI-native. His conviction: AI is never the goal. Organizations are systems, and technology only creates value when mindset, method, and machine move together.
