Nevita Mezas

Nevita is a business consultant, financial educator, and founder of The Business Connection BV, with 20+ years of experience across Curaçao, the Caribbean, Latin America, and Europe. She runs The Business Oasis, Bo Negoshi Sigura, and Van Holland Group, supporting small businesses and professionals with strategy, operations, digital presence, and financial guidance. As a coach for Qredits Curaçao and the Ministry of Economic Development, she helps entrepreneurs build sustainable business models. Specializing in money management and financial literacy, Nevita is also the creator of Mind Over Money: The Financial Glow-Up, empowering people to rethink money and make intentional decisions.

Paschal Dike

Paschal holds a Master’s Degree in Industrial Microbiology but has deep passion for learning and development particularly communication, entrepreneurship and leadership. He has dedicated more than 16 years in people and organizational development both Nationally and internationally. Paschal is the CEO of ExCEL 360 Plus; a learning and development company focused on advancing Excellence in communication, entrepreneurship and leadership. Mr. Dike is a leadership Advancement Coach, Public Speaker, charge-to-action expert, talent development trainer, Foreign Direct Investment Consultant, and a Peace Advocate. He has been honoured by UN-POLAC Foundation as Ambassador for Peace.
